Rob is the founder and CEO of The Phluid Project. His organization has immersed itself in the world and realities of our youth generations, recognizing the rising voice of youth and their rejection of binaries. Phluid is committed to redefining gender labels and creating a hub, virtually and physically, where strangers, allies, friends, and people can unapologetically be themselves.

Rob is an educator, consultant, and public speaker working with brands and retailers. Prior to launching The Phluid Project, Rob was the Global Chief Product Officer for Haddad Brands (Nike, Levi's, Jordan, Converse), EVP GMM Victoria Secret, and EVP GMM Macy's.
